Payette poodles is a Poodle breeder located in the Pacific Northwest in beautiful McCall Idaho, which is approx. 100 miles north of Boise, Idaho. McCall and surrounding areas are known for beautiful Payette Lake, the mighty Salmon River and are centered between Brundage Mountain, ranked as some of the best powder skiing in the Northwest, and Tamarack Resort, both full season resorts.
Our Poodle pups are country dogs, raised on our 14 acre property and are raised as beloved family members. We have always had dogs and lots of them! We have raised several different breeds and different combinations of cow dogs, shelties and a random terrier or two.
Our Dam, Layla comes from Russian Champions. She is elegant, moves beautifully is a super mom and the most loyal and affectionate dog I have ever owned. She is health tested (CDDY, DM, NEwS, PRA-prcd, vWD1), OFA certified for Patellas, PennHIP (better than breed standard) and colors. She has also undergone Embark DNA testing, something that is valuable to me as a Poodle breeder and to you as a Poodle pup parent.
I worked in the Veterinary field for more than 20 years and I was always fascinated by the Standard Poodles. Their elegance and intelligence was obvious. The way they looked at you was as if they were assessing the situation and understanding what was being asked of them. Their intense desire to please made an impact on me years prior to actually owning one.
Moyen Poodles have several unique traits that set them apart from other poodle sizes. They are also known as a Klein Poodle, Medium Poodle and Small Standard Poodle. They are larger than the Toy Poodle but smaller than the Standard Poodle. They are the perfect size
at 20-35 lb range.
Forget about any pre-conceived perception you may have of Poodles. Beneath their non-shedding, hypoallergenic coats, they are super eager, sturdy athletes and intensely intelligent, highly trainable with tremendous personalities. They make wonderful family pets, service dogs, sport companions and are comical and intuitive. They are excellent companions and integrate perfectly into any household environment.
All of our Poodle puppies are raised in our home with love and care. They are exposed to different sounds, experiences and stimuli several times a day to help them develop into confident and well socialized puppies. We provide all necessary vaccinations, deworming and microchipping before sending them to their new homes.
The size of our breeding program guarantees that our puppies are raised amongst our daily comings and goings and get a huge amount of attention from the start, young and old alike.
Our poodle puppies will be AKC registered, microchipped, examined by our veterinarian, first vaccinations and de-wormed.
I will travel (nanny) to deliver your puppy to you with the cost of airfare covered by new owners.
